Shipping policy

  • We prepare and dispatch orders within 24-48 working hours of receiving them. We don't ship at weekends or on public holidays.
  • Delivery times: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 3-5 working days. Canary Islands, Portugal, Italy, Germany, France and the Netherlands, 4-6 working days.
  • Free shipping from €39 in mainland Spain, €49 in the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe, and €69 in the Canary Islands.
  • Orders may be delayed during sale periods, public holidays or because of courier incidents.
  • The courier makes two delivery attempts. If the order comes back to us because delivery was not possible, €5 is deducted from the refund.
  • Shipments to the Canary Islands go through customs; any import duties or taxes are payable by the recipient.
