Exchanges and returns

At SPENBE , we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, you have the option to exchange or return your item under the following conditions:

📦 Deadline

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.

✅ Conditions

• The product must be unused , in perfect condition and in its original packaging .

• Returns of used, damaged, or products without their original label are not accepted.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

🔁 Changes

• If you wish to change the size or color, please write to us at info@spenbe.com or use the contact form in the menu, indicating the order number and the product you wish to exchange.

• We'll guide you through the process and arrange for a new shipment once we receive the original item.

💸 Returns and refunds

• Once we receive and review the returned product, we will refund the amount paid , excluding shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 business days .

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

❗Defective product or order error

If your order arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and details at info@spenbe.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
