We pack your order within 24-48 working hours and ship it with Correos from Spain. Here is what it costs and how long it takes, depending on where you live.

Delivery times start when the parcel leaves us, not when you place the order. Add the 24-48 hours we take to pack it. Orders to the Canary Islands also go through customs clearance, which can add a day.
How it works
You place the order. A confirmation email arrives straight away.
We pack it and hand it to Correos within 24-48 working hours. We send you the tracking number.
Correos delivers to your door within the time shown in the table. If nobody is in, they leave a card so you can collect it.
Worth knowing
- We ship Monday to Friday. Weekend orders go out on Monday.
- Every order is tracked. We email you the link as soon as the parcel leaves us.
- We ship with Correos, delivered to your door. If you're not in, they leave a card and you can collect it at your local office or request a second attempt.
- Everything is packed and shipped from Spain. Nothing comes from outside or passes through intermediate warehouses.
- Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla go through customs. There is nothing for you to do, but it can add a day.

Yes. We email you the tracking number as soon as it ships. - What if I order two sets?
They travel in the same parcel and shipping costs the same. At that order value you already qualify for free shipping in any region. - Do I pay customs if I order from Portugal, Italy or Germany?
No. These are shipments within the European Union, with no duties and no paperwork. - What if I'm not home?
Correos leaves a card and you can collect it at your local office, or request a second delivery from the tracking link. - Does the parcel show an invoice or prices?
No. We ship in plain packaging with no prices on the outside. If you need an invoice, just ask.
What if I get the size wrong?
Your first exchange is free. Everything is explained in exchanges and returns, or check the size guide first to get it right the first time.
